Dot grid paper, Half Letter

The American A5, but not A5
Half Letter is the size of Levenger Junior, of discbound Happy Planner and Circa refills, and of the majority of six-ring "personal wide" binders sold in North America. It is close to A5 without being A5: about 8 mm wider and 5 mm shorter. A page cut for one will not punch correctly for the other, and inserts bought abroad are the usual way people discover this.
Halving is lossless at this size
Because Half Letter is exactly half of Letter, printing two pages per sheet at 100% and cutting down the middle wastes nothing and distorts nothing. A5 printed on Letter leaves an awkward strip along one edge and tempts the driver into scaling. If you are producing planner inserts in any quantity, this is the size where the paper arithmetic comes out clean.
Leave room for the punch
Discbound and ring systems consume 12 to 15 mm from the left edge. Raise the margin to about 15 mm before downloading so the dot field stops short of the punch line. Otherwise every page carries a column of half-dots disappearing into the binding, which looks careless on a page that is otherwise clean — and dots bisected by a disc notch catch the eye every time you turn a page.
Printing it accurately
This only measures correctly if your printer doesn't rescale the page. In the print dialog set Scale: 100% — not "Fit to page" or "Shrink oversized pages". If you're not sure it worked, print the calibration page, measure the ruler on it with a real ruler, and it will tell you exactly what your printer is doing to the page.
