Reentrant tuning breaks the usual assumption
Standard ukulele tuning is gCEA, and on most ukuleles that top g is tuned high rather than low, an octave above where the pattern would suggest. Tab draws it as the top line as usual, so the visual order of the lines does not match pitch order the way it does on guitar or bass. Anyone transcribing a melody that crosses onto that string needs to know this, or the transcription will sound wrong when someone else plays it.
Four lines, and which four
A soprano, concert or tenor ukulele all take the same four-line stave. Baritone is tuned differently, DGBE, which is the same as the top four strings of a guitar, so baritone tab is readable by a guitarist and not interchangeable with the others. Write the tuning at the top of the sheet. It takes two seconds and it removes the single most common ambiguity in shared ukulele tab.
A4 for filing with songbooks
If your ukulele songbooks came from the UK, Europe or Australia, they are A4, and matching the size keeps handwritten transcriptions in the same folder without folding or trimming. The chord chart sheet is the companion for when you want boxes rather than tablature.
Printing it accurately
This only measures correctly if your printer doesn't rescale the page. In the print dialog set Scale: 100%, not "Fit to page" or "Shrink oversized pages". If you're not sure it worked, print the calibration page, measure the ruler on it with a real ruler, and it will tell you exactly what your printer is doing to the page.
