0.1 inch is the whole point

The 0.1 inch pitch is the through-hole standard: DIP chip pins, header strips, most resistors and capacitors when their leads are bent, and every piece of stripboard sold. Because this sheet prints at true size, you can lay a real component on the printed page and see exactly how many holes it spans before you commit to a layout.

Plan before you cut

Stripboard mistakes are expensive in time — a track cut in the wrong place or a component one hole out means desoldering. Sketching the layout on paper first, marking track cuts and link wires, catches most of it. Turn on major lines every five or ten pads to make counting positions easier.

Check the print before you trust it

This is the one paper here where scaling errors will actively cost you. If your printer shrinks the page by even 3%, components will not line up with the printed pads and the layout will mislead you. Print the calibration page first and confirm the 100 mm rule measures 100 mm.

Printing it accurately

This only measures correctly if your printer doesn't rescale the page. In the print dialog set Scale: 100% — not "Fit to page" or "Shrink oversized pages". If you're not sure it worked, print the calibration page, measure the ruler on it with a real ruler, and it will tell you exactly what your printer is doing to the page.
