Your chart does not need to match your fabric count
This is the thing worth knowing before you print anything: one chart square is one stitch, whatever the fabric. A chart drawn at 5 mm per square works identically on 11, 14 or 18-count Aida, the count changes how big the finished piece is, not how you chart it. Printing chart paper at actual 14-count scale would give you squares under 2 mm across, which is far too small to draw a symbol in. Chart at a size you can work on, and let the count take care of the finished dimensions.
Working out finished size
Divide your stitch counts by the fabric count. A design 140 stitches wide on 14-count is exactly 10 inches, about 25 cm. The same design on 18-count is 7.8 inches, and on 11-count it is 12.7 inches, a substantial difference, and the reason a kit swapped to a different fabric no longer fits its frame. Do this calculation before you start rather than after, and add at least three inches in each direction for framing margin.
Aida count is holes, not threads
Fourteen-count Aida has 14 blocks per inch, and one cross stitch covers one block, so 14 stitches per inch. Evenweave and linen are counted differently: the number refers to threads per inch, and cross stitch is conventionally worked over two threads, so 28-count evenweave also gives 14 stitches per inch. This is why 28-count linen and 14-count Aida produce the same finished size from the same chart, which surprises people the first time they switch.
Printing it accurately
This only measures correctly if your printer doesn't rescale the page. In the print dialog set Scale: 100%, not "Fit to page" or "Shrink oversized pages". If you're not sure it worked, print the calibration page, measure the ruler on it with a real ruler, and it will tell you exactly what your printer is doing to the page.
